Baker Skateboards
When I hear Baker. A few things. I think of great skateboarding, big stairs and gaps. I love this part. I also think partying, drinking and drugs.
This is what the Baker videos sell. Yes that is what many skaters are like. Wild partiers. This sells videos and sells skateboards. It also looks like a lot of fun.
Baker videos are a mix of big skating and parties. I am not super into the selling of that lifestyle. As Andrew Reynolds puts it: This is a documentary of what is happening. The Baker brand emphasizes the personalities of there team. Good and Bad. They do such a good job showing the characters as they are.
The balance of being real and being positive is tough. The influence that Baker has made is real.
